So I am not really happy at the moment with the way the game has turned into a bit of a "mine rush" to do certain things, like using all your energy on only one profession within minutes, etc.
I understand *why* people are doing this - totally. Thing is, I don't want it that way. It is a competition, I know... but I don't want it boring and to represent a chore. However, I don't want to take away from the flexibility of OfficeDebo. Forcing you to choose multiple professions to use your energy up, isn't flexible... and I want to encourage unique strategies.
In a few weeks I will be implementing a change, as a starting point, which will see fish and ores become a limited resource. On a turn-style basis, new fish will be spawned in our water fountain, and new ores will be brought to mineable depths by intermittent earth-quakes. You will still be able to fish and mine all your like - it's up to you when you do fish or mine, and the amount of fish and ores spawned will vary.
The resource will be limited on a global scale.

Sorry AJ but this will kill the game completely. By limiting resources you will effectively hamstring every player in this game.
By doing this you force people who don't have the time in RL, to stay on longer. A student is going to be able to tell his/her teacher to stop the lesson just so they can finish maximizing experience from their chosen profession. And the doctor that plays this game at work isn't going to have a job for much longer when their superiors find out they have been canceling surgery's and appointments just to log on the game more often.
If you are so desperate to make changes to the game, then finish implementing the previous updates you half promised and half finished. As well as addressing the motions in OSAW. Leave the new strategy altering ideas for the next mass reset.
Based on all of your previous unfinished projects, I have zero confidence you will be able to effectively code and implement this extremely vague idea.
